Styling notes
On a bedside or console, aim for the shade's bottom edge near seated eye level so the bulb stays out of view. A dimmable bulb turns one lamp into two moods.
Free on every order, to your door anywhere in the contiguous U.S., and the only way we ship. It is estimated to arrive 3–5 weeks after your 24-hour cancellation window, boxed, with the hardware and instructions it needs.
Cancel within 24 hours of ordering, for any reason, and you are refunded in full — including any sales tax collected at checkout. Tell us in the same window if you would rather change the finish, the size or the address. Once the 24 hours are up, your order goes into processing.
Return a piece within 21 days of delivery, as it arrived and complete. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Keep the original packaging: without it, a 10% repacking deduction applies.
If a piece arrives damaged, faulty, or simply not the item you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery — including anything you find while unpacking or assembling. We put it right at our cost — a partial refund for cosmetic marks, a replacement part, or a replacement or full refund — with nothing deducted.
Payment is taken by Shopify's own PCI-compliant checkout over an encrypted connection. Your card details go to the payment processor, never to us, and we do not store them.
Where our sources do not settle a specification, we say so on the page rather than inventing an answer, and you can ask us to confirm a measurement, material or finish before you order.

Shipping & Delivery
How It Reaches You
Free Standard Delivery on every order, and the only way we ship. Your piece comes by parcel carrier to your door anywhere in the contiguous U.S., boxed with the hardware and instructions it needs. It is delivered to your door rather than carried inside, and any assembly is yours.
Everything we carry is sized to be handled without a freight crew: a table two people can place, a lamp you can carry in one hand.
Timing & Tracking
Your order is held for 24 hours after you place it, so you can cancel or change it at no cost. It then goes into processing and is estimated to arrive 3–5 weeks later. Dates are estimates, not guarantees.
The dates for an order placed today are shown above Add to Cart, your confirmation email gives the dates for your order, and tracking follows by email once it ships. Shipping & Delivery has the detail.
Damage & Returns
Please unpack and check your piece promptly, photograph any damage and keep the packaging. Report damage, faults or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery, including anything you find while unpacking or assembling, and we put it right at our cost. Damaged or Faulty Pieces
Changed your mind? Return it within 21 days of delivery, as it arrived and complete. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a 10% repacking deduction applies without the original packaging. Returns & Refunds has the detail.
Materials & Care
Made to be looked after
About Glass
Glass may be clear, tempered, tinted, opal or coated, and the product page names the type wherever it is specified. The routine below is conservative and safe for any glass surface, from a table top to a lamp's shade or diffuser.
How it ages
None.
Everyday
Glass
- Wipe with a microfibre cloth, dry for dust and lightly damp for marks.
- Lift fingerprints as they appear.
Marble
- Dust with a dry soft cloth.
- Blot spills the moment they happen — acidic ones such as wine, citrus, coffee and vinegar within seconds, not minutes.
Never
Glass
Cleaning a glass shade while it is hot
Cold cleaner on hot glass can crack it, and a wet cloth near a live lampholder is a real hazard.
Marble
Vinegar
Acid dissolves calcium carbonate on contact. It leaves a permanent dull etch that cleaning cannot reverse.
Not yet confirmed
We have not yet confirmed every part of this piece’s construction. The guidance above is the safe routine for the materials shown. If a material matters to your decision, ask us before you order. A person replies within one business day, Monday to Friday, and we put what we can confirm in writing.
Questions
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No. Your order is delivered to your door, or the nearest point the carrier can reach. If you would like it left somewhere particular, you can usually arrange that with the carrier once tracking is available.
How much assembly is required?
Assembly varies from piece to piece. Ask through our contact page before you order and we will confirm how this one arrives.
Are the measurements in inches or centimetres?
Both. Every measurement on this page switches between the two, and the Dimensions section shows a scale drawing with each measurement labelled, so you can check a width against your own room rather than reading it off a list.
If a measurement you need is not listed, ask us and we will confirm it before you order.
Will the piece look exactly like the product images?
Close, but not identical. Product images show a representative example of the piece; wood, stone and woven fibres vary naturally, and every screen renders colour a little differently. If you are matching something you already own, ask us through the contact page before ordering.
Is there a warranty?
Warranty coverage varies from piece to piece, so we do not publish a single warranty period. Ask us before you order and we will confirm in writing what applies. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us through the contact page with your order number and photographs — it is handled under our damage policy, and our warranty page explains longer-term coverage.
Can I pay over time?
Yes, with Shop Pay Installments at checkout, subject to an eligibility check. Depending on the price, you can split it into interest-free payments or pay monthly over 3, 6 or 12 months, and rates range from 0–36% APR.
“See if you qualify”, under Add to Cart, shows sample plans for this piece.
