About Square Coffee Tables
Square coffee tables sized for the crook of a sectional, 35⅜ to 43¼ inches a side, in walnut, black-lacquered wood, sintered stone and MDF.
A square top reaches both runs of an L-shaped sectional equally, which a long rectangle cannot. Centre it on the inside corner and leave 16 to 18 inches to each seat. Across from a sofa with two chairs, a square table also gives all three seats the same reach.
All four sit in our modern look and all are low: the Hanley, Auden and Ramsay run 12⅝ to 15 inches high, below most sofa seats, which suits a deep, low sectional. For a square wood coffee table, the Hanley Walnut Coffee Table measures 35⅜ inches a side, with walnut grain laid in triangles and drawers on opposite sides; the Auden, also 35⅜, is black lacquered wood open on every face. At 39⅜ inches, the Ramsay is an MDF block on a recessed plinth. The Parker Coffee Table sets a 43¼-inch white-veined sintered stone slab on four champagne mirror-finish metal legs.
Walnut and lacquer want coasters; metal and sintered stone wipe clean with a damp cloth, and the material care guide covers each. See more modern coffee tables, walnut coffee tables, round and oval coffee tables, small coffee tables or all coffee tables.
