Payment is taken by Shopify's own PCI-compliant checkout over an encrypted connection. Your card details go to the payment processor, never to us, and we do not store them.

Free Standard Delivery on every order, and the only way we ship. Your piece comes by parcel carrier to your door anywhere in the contiguous U.S., boxed with the hardware and instructions it needs. It is delivered to your door rather than carried inside, and any assembly is yours.
Everything we carry is sized to be handled without a freight crew: a table two people can place, a lamp you can carry in one hand.

About Marble
Marble is limestone recrystallised under heat and pressure, its veining formed by mineral impurities folded through the stone over millions of years. It is beautiful, it is soft as stone goes, and it is chemically vulnerable to acid in a way that surprises most first-time owners.
How it ages
Develops a soft patina of fine etching that many owners come to prefer. Anyone who wants marble to stay pristine should specify honed and be vigilant about citrus and wine.

- Dust with a dry soft cloth.
- Blot spills the moment they happen — acidic ones such as wine, citrus, coffee and vinegar within seconds, not minutes.
Fabric Shade
- Dust weekly with a soft brush, a lint roller or a hairdryer on its cool setting — dust bonds to the fibre once light has warmed it.
- On a pleated shade, always work along the pleats, never across them.

Acid dissolves calcium carbonate on contact. It leaves a permanent dull etch that cleaning cannot reverse.

Washing a bonded shade
Water dissolves the seam adhesive and lifts the fabric off its styrene liner. The shade opens along the seam and cannot be re-glued invisibly.

Do I need to be home for delivery?
No. Your order is delivered to your door, or the nearest point the carrier can reach. If you would like it left somewhere particular, you can usually arrange that with the carrier once tracking is available.
How much assembly is required?
Assembly varies from piece to piece. Ask through our contact page before you order and we will confirm how this one arrives.
Are the measurements in inches or centimetres?
Both. Every measurement on this page switches between the two, and the Dimensions section shows a scale drawing with each measurement labelled, so you can check a width against your own room rather than reading it off a list.
If a measurement you need is not listed, ask us and we will confirm it before you order.
Will the piece look exactly like the product images?
Close, but not identical. Product images show a representative example of the piece; wood, stone and woven fibres vary naturally, and every screen renders colour a little differently. If you are matching something you already own, ask us through the contact page before ordering.
Is there a warranty?
Warranty coverage varies from piece to piece, so we do not publish a single warranty period. Ask us before you order and we will confirm in writing what applies. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us through the contact page with your order number and photographs — it is handled under our damage policy, and our warranty page explains longer-term coverage.
Can I pay over time?
Yes, with Shop Pay Installments at checkout, subject to an eligibility check. Depending on the price, you can split it into interest-free payments or pay monthly over 3, 6 or 12 months, and rates range from 0–36% APR.
