We put it right at our cost — a partial refund for cosmetic marks, a replacement part, or a replacement or full refund — with nothing deducted.
Payment is taken by Shopify's own PCI-compliant checkout over an encrypted connection. Your card details go to the payment processor, never to us, and we do not store them.
Where our sources do not settle a specification, we say so on the page rather than inventing an answer, and you can ask us to confirm a measurement, material or finish before you order.

Rule of thumb: a coffee table about half to two-thirds the length of your sofa. On length, this one suits a sofa of about 71–94 in (180–240 cm), measured along the straight run, not a chaise. Leave about 14–18 in (36–46 cm) between them. How to size a coffee table →

How It Reaches You
Free Standard Delivery on every order, and the only way we ship. Your piece comes by parcel carrier to your door anywhere in the contiguous U.S., boxed with the hardware and instructions it needs. It is delivered to your door rather than carried inside, and any assembly is yours.
Everything we carry is sized to be handled without a freight crew: a table two people can place, a lamp you can carry in one hand.
Timing & Tracking
Your order is held for 24 hours after you place it, so you can cancel or change it at no cost. It then goes into processing and is estimated to arrive 3–5 weeks later. Dates are estimates, not guarantees.
The dates for an order placed today are shown above Add to Cart, your confirmation email gives the dates for your order, and tracking follows by email once it ships. Shipping & Delivery has the detail.

Made to be looked after
About Walnut
American black walnut is the only native hardwood with genuinely dark heartwood, which is why it has never needed staining to look expensive. It is moderately dense — hard enough for a table top that takes daily use, soft enough to work into fine detail — and its grain runs from straight and quiet to wildly figured within a single board.
How it ages
Mellows from deep purple-brown toward a warmer honeyed chocolate over five to ten years. Most owners consider aged walnut better than new.
Everyday
- Dust with a dry microfibre cloth, following the grain rather than circling across it.
- Lift spills straight away with a dry cloth — water left standing for even an hour can raise the grain.
- Use coasters and felt pads under anything with a hard base.
- Set hot dishes on a trivet. Heat drives moisture through the finish and leaves a white bloom.
Never
Bleach
Strips colour from the timber itself and destroys the finish. The damage cannot be reversed by refinishing alone.
Not yet confirmed
We have not yet confirmed every part of this piece’s construction. The guidance above is the safe routine for the materials shown. If a material matters to your decision, ask us before you order. A person replies within one business day, Monday to Friday, and we put what we can confirm in writing.
Questions
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No. Your order is delivered to your door, or the nearest point the carrier can reach. If you would like it left somewhere particular, you can usually arrange that with the carrier once tracking is available.
How much assembly is required?
None. This one arrives fully assembled, so there is nothing to build.
It arrives boxed at your door with Standard Delivery; you unpack it and it is ready to use.
Are the measurements in inches or centimetres?
Both. Every measurement on this page switches between the two, and the Dimensions section shows a scale drawing with each measurement labelled, so you can check a width against your own room rather than reading it off a list.
If a measurement you need is not listed, ask us and we will confirm it before you order.
Will the piece look exactly like the product images?
Close, but not identical. Product images show a representative example of the piece; wood, stone and woven fibres vary naturally, and every screen renders colour a little differently. If you are matching something you already own, ask us through the contact page before ordering.
Is there a warranty?
Warranty coverage varies from piece to piece, so we do not publish a single warranty period. Ask us before you order and we will confirm in writing what applies. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us through the contact page with your order number and photographs — it is handled under our damage policy, and our warranty page explains longer-term coverage.
Can I pay over time?
Yes, with Shop Pay Installments at checkout, subject to an eligibility check. Depending on the price, you can split it into interest-free payments or pay monthly over 3, 6 or 12 months, and rates range from 0–36% APR.
“See if you qualify”, under Add to Cart, shows sample plans for this piece.
