Payment is taken by Shopify's own PCI-compliant checkout over an encrypted connection. Your card details go to the payment processor, never to us, and we do not store them.

Free Standard Delivery on every order, and the only way we ship. Your piece comes by parcel carrier to your door anywhere in the contiguous U.S., boxed with the hardware and instructions it needs. It is delivered to your door rather than carried inside, and any assembly is yours.
Everything we carry is sized to be handled without a freight crew: a table two people can place, a lamp you can carry in one hand.

About Wood
A wood surface may be solid timber, a veneer laid over a panel, or a finished board, and the product page says which wherever it is specified. The routine below is the conservative one for any sealed wood surface and is safe across all three. Before sanding or refinishing, ask us to confirm the construction of your piece.
How it ages
A sealed wood surface warms and deepens with light exposure whatever lies beneath the finish. Rotate objects on the surface so the change stays even rather than leaving a pale island where a lamp has stood.

- Dust with a dry microfibre cloth, following the grain rather than circling across it.
- Lift spills straight away with a dry cloth — water left standing for even an hour can raise the grain.
Fabric Shade
- Dust weekly with a soft brush, a lint roller or a hairdryer on its cool setting — dust bonds to the fibre once light has warmed it.
- On a pleated shade, always work along the pleats, never across them.

Bleach
Strips colour from the timber itself and destroys the finish. The damage cannot be reversed by refinishing alone.
Fabric Shade
Washing a bonded shade
Water dissolves the seam adhesive and lifts the fabric off its styrene liner. The shade opens along the seam and cannot be re-glued invisibly.

Do I need to be home for delivery?
No. Your order is delivered to your door, or the nearest point the carrier can reach. If you would like it left somewhere particular, you can usually arrange that with the carrier once tracking is available.
How much assembly is required?
Assembly varies from piece to piece. Ask through our contact page before you order and we will confirm how this one arrives.
Are the measurements in inches or centimetres?
Both. Every measurement on this page switches between the two, and the Dimensions section shows a scale drawing with each measurement labelled, so you can check a width against your own room rather than reading it off a list.
If a measurement you need is not listed, ask us and we will confirm it before you order.
Will the piece look exactly like the product images?
Close, but not identical. Product images show a representative example of the piece; wood, stone and woven fibres vary naturally, and every screen renders colour a little differently. If you are matching something you already own, ask us through the contact page before ordering.
Is there a warranty?
Warranty coverage varies from piece to piece, so we do not publish a single warranty period. Ask us before you order and we will confirm in writing what applies. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us through the contact page with your order number and photographs — it is handled under our damage policy, and our warranty page explains longer-term coverage.
Can I pay over time?
Yes, with Shop Pay Installments at checkout, subject to an eligibility check. Depending on the price, you can split it into interest-free payments or pay monthly over 3, 6 or 12 months, and rates range from 0–36% APR.
